When you request emergency assistance, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, phone number, location or address, vehicle details, and a description of the problem.

When you apply to join our provider network, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, service area, and technician categories.

When you submit a fleet information request, we collect your name, company, email, phone number, and details about your fleet.

We do not collect payment card information through this site.

How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to dispatch a local provider to your location, contact you about your request or application, match provider applicants and fleet inquiries with our team, and maintain internal records of requests and communications.

Sharing With Our Provider Network

To dispatch help, we share the relevant details of your request (such as your location, vehicle, and problem description) with independent local service providers in our network so they can respond. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Information is stored using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards in a secure cloud database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

This site does not currently use third-party analytics or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy.
