Terms of Service

The terms that govern use of ev24help.com and requests for assistance through the EV24Help dispatch network.

Effective date: September 9, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By using ev24help.com or requesting assistance through EV24Help, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Description of Service

EV24Help operates a dispatch network that connects EV owners, businesses, and fleet operators with independent local service providers for emergency charging, roadside assistance, 12V/battery help, cleaning, software/connectivity support, and fleet or autonomous-vehicle assistance. EV24Help coordinates dispatch; the on-site work is performed by independent local providers, not by EV24Help employees.

Pricing

Prices shown on this site are starting, pay-as-you-go prices. Mileage, towing, parts, and specialized work may add additional charges. Final pricing is confirmed with you before a provider is dispatched. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Provider Network

Providers in our network are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of EV24Help. While we work to vet and coordinate our network, EV24Help does not guarantee provider availability, response time, or workmanship in every market, and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent providers.

Your Responsibilities

When requesting help, please provide accurate information about your location, vehicle, and problem. If you are stopped in a live traffic lane or an unsafe location, prioritize your safety (hazards on, stay belted, move somewhere safe if you can do so safely) and let dispatch know.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, EV24Help is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or dispatch of a provider, including delays, provider workmanship, or vehicle damage caused by a third-party provider. Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

Payment

Payment terms for a dispatched service are confirmed with you at the time of the request or by the responding provider before work begins.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
