Emergency EV Assistance

How EV24Help dispatch works, what we cover, and where we operate.

All EV Emergency Services
Does EV24Help provide 24/7 emergency EV assistance?
Yes. EV24Help operates a 24/7 emergency assistance network for EVs and autonomous fleets. You can call dispatch or start a request online at any hour, any day of the week.
Can I get emergency EV roadside assistance at any time?
Yes. Requests are accepted around the clock, and dispatch matches your situation with an available local provider from our network.
What should I do if my electric vehicle breaks down?
Get the vehicle to a safe position if you can, turn on your hazard lights, and stay clear of traffic. Then call EV24Help or submit a request with your location, vehicle, and the problem. Our dispatch team identifies the issue and sends the right provider.
What should I do if my EV runs out of battery?
Stop safely, note your exact location or nearest cross street, and request emergency charging. We can bring mobile charging to the vehicle, or arrange recovery to a charger when that is the better option.
Can someone come to me if my EV is stranded?
Yes. EV24Help is a mobile-first service — a local provider comes to the vehicle rather than requiring you to reach a shop first.
How quickly can emergency EV assistance arrive?
Arrival time depends on your location, traffic, and provider availability, so we do not publish a fixed guarantee. Dispatch gives you a realistic ETA when your request is confirmed and keeps you updated.
Does EV24Help provide mobile EV emergency services?
Yes. Charging, 12V assistance, tire help, cleaning and sensor cleaning, software and connectivity support, recovery, and towing coordination are all delivered where the vehicle is.
What areas does EV24Help service?
We are building the network market by market, starting in Central Florida and expanding outward across the state. Call dispatch to confirm coverage for your exact location.
Can I call EV24Help if I am stranded on the road?
Yes — calling is the fastest option when you are stranded. One number reaches dispatch, and we coordinate the provider for you.
Do I need a membership to use EV24Help?
No. EV24Help is pay-as-you-go with no monthly membership required. Starting prices for each service are published on our pricing page and confirmed with you before dispatch.

Emergency EV Charging

Mobile charging brought to a low or depleted electric vehicle.

Emergency EV Charging
Can EV24Help bring charging to my electric vehicle?
Yes. Mobile emergency charging is one of our six core services — a provider comes to the vehicle wherever it stopped.
What is mobile EV charging?
Mobile EV charging means the charge is delivered to your vehicle on the roadside or in a parking area instead of you having to reach a charging station. It is meant to get the car moving again, not to fully replace a station charge.
How much does emergency EV charging cost?
An Emergency EV Charge starts at $149 and an Extended EV Charge starts at $199. These are starting prices for pay-as-you-go service; mileage and specialized needs can add charges, and the total is confirmed before dispatch. See the pricing page for the full list.
How long does a mobile EV charging service take?
On-site charging time depends on the vehicle, the charge level requested, and conditions. The goal of an emergency charge is enough range to reach a charging station or your destination safely, which is generally a short session rather than a full fill.
Can you charge an EV that has completely run out of battery?
In most cases yes — a fully depleted pack is exactly the situation emergency charging exists for. If the vehicle cannot accept a charge on scene, we switch to recovery or towing to a working charger.
How far can I drive after an emergency EV charge?
Range added varies by vehicle efficiency, weather, and how much charge is delivered. The provider tells you what was added on scene so you can plan your next stop, and an Extended EV Charge is available when you need more.
Can you provide emergency charging for Tesla vehicles?
Yes, we support Tesla vehicles along with other EVs. Tell dispatch your year, make, and model so the right provider and connector are sent.
Can you provide emergency charging for other EV brands?
Yes. Our providers work across common EV brands and connector types. Confirming your vehicle details when you request help lets dispatch match the correct equipment.
Can you help if my EV charging station is not working?
Yes. If a public charger fails and you are left without enough range, we can bring emergency charging to you or coordinate recovery to a working station.
Can EV24Help help with charging-port problems?
Yes. Providers can assess charge-port and connector issues on scene, including cables that will not release or ports that will not initiate a session, and escalate to recovery when a repair is needed.

EV Battery & 12V Problems

The small battery that leaves an EV dead even with a full main pack.

EV 12V Battery Assistance
Can an electric vehicle have a dead 12V battery?
Yes. Almost every EV still uses a 12V battery to wake the car, run electronics, and close the contactors for the high-voltage pack. When it fails, the car behaves as if it is completely dead.
Can EV24Help jump-start an EV's 12V battery?
Yes. 12V assistance is one of our official service categories, and providers follow the correct procedure for electric vehicles rather than treating it like a gas car.
What happens when an EV's 12V battery dies?
The vehicle typically will not power up, unlock, or shift — screens stay dark, doors may not open normally, and charging cannot start, even when the main pack has plenty of energy.
Can a dead 12V battery prevent an EV from charging?
Yes. The 12V system has to be alive for the car to initiate and manage a charging session, so a failed 12V battery commonly shows up as a car that refuses to charge.
How much does EV 12V battery assistance cost?
12V Battery Assistance starts at $99 as a pay-as-you-go service. Mileage or specialized work can add charges, and pricing is confirmed with you before dispatch.
Can you help if my EV won't start even though it has battery charge?
Yes — that is one of the most common EV calls we get. A provider checks the 12V system and related faults on scene, and we escalate to recovery if the vehicle needs a shop.

EV Software & Connectivity

Screens, resets, app pairing, and vehicles that drop offline.

EV Software & Connectivity Support
Can EV24Help help when an EV has a software problem?
Yes. Software and connectivity support is one of our six service categories, covering the common faults that leave a working vehicle unusable.
What should I do if my EV screen or computer system stops working?
Park safely and request software and connectivity assistance. A provider can attempt the manufacturer-supported reset steps for your vehicle on scene and advise you if the fault needs a dealer or service center.
Can you help if my EV is having connectivity problems?
Yes. We troubleshoot pairing, cellular or app connectivity, and charging-network sign-in problems that stop you from using the car normally.
Can EV24Help troubleshoot EV charging-app problems?
Yes. When an app or account issue is blocking a charging session, a provider can work through it with you — and if it cannot be resolved on the spot, we can deliver an emergency charge instead.
What should I do if my EV won't connect to the charging network?
Request software and connectivity assistance so we can look at the vehicle and account side. If you are low on range while it is being sorted out, we can bring mobile charging at the same time.
Can you help with EV software resets?
Yes, within what the manufacturer allows. Providers perform authorized, owner-accessible resets — we do not modify or bypass vehicle systems.
Can you help when an electric vehicle goes offline?
Yes. For both individual drivers and fleets, we respond on scene to vehicles that have dropped off the network and coordinate the next step if the vehicle needs deeper service.
Can EV24Help assist with authorized vehicle system resets?
Yes. Software and Connectivity Assistance starts at $99 and covers authorized system resets and related troubleshooting performed at the vehicle.

EV Cleaning & Sensor Assistance

Interior resets plus camera and sensor cleaning that keeps systems working.

EV Cleaning & Sensor Cleaning
Does EV24Help provide emergency EV cleaning services?
Yes. On-demand cleaning is one of our core categories, built for spills, messes, and vehicles that need to go back into service quickly.
Can someone clean the inside of my EV after a spill?
Yes. Interior EV Cleaning starts at $49 and a Full Interior Reset starts at $89, both delivered where the vehicle is parked.
Can EV24Help clean EV cameras and sensors?
Yes. Camera and sensor cleaning starts at $79 and covers the exterior camera, radar, and lidar surfaces used by driver-assist and autonomous systems.
Why is keeping EV cameras and sensors clean important?
Obscured cameras and sensors can cause driver-assist and autonomy features to warn, degrade, or shut off. Keeping those surfaces clear helps the vehicle's perception systems stay available.
Can you clean an autonomous vehicle's cameras and sensors?
Yes. Sensor cleaning is one of the most requested services from autonomous fleet operators, and it can be scheduled as part of ongoing field support.
Does EV24Help offer emergency interior cleaning for fleet vehicles?
Yes. Fleet and robotaxi operators use our interior cleaning and full interior resets to return a soiled vehicle to service instead of pulling it out of rotation.
Can EV24Help remove odors and spills from an EV?
Yes. A Full Interior Reset is the option for spills, residue, and lingering odors, while Interior EV Cleaning covers lighter clean-ups.

EV Roadside Assistance

Tires, lockouts, recovery, and towing handled by EV-ready providers.

EV Roadside Assistance
Does EV24Help provide EV roadside assistance?
Yes. EV Roadside Assistance starts at $149 and covers the roadside events that stop an electric vehicle from continuing safely.
Can you help with a flat tire on an electric vehicle?
Yes. Tire Assistance starts at $129 and covers flats and damaged tires, with recovery arranged when a tire cannot be handled on the roadside.
Can EV24Help provide tire inflation assistance?
Yes. Inflation and low-pressure help are part of tire assistance, and the provider will tell you if the tire is not safe to keep driving on.
Can you help if I am locked out of my EV?
Yes. Lockout help is part of our roadside category — request assistance and dispatch sends a provider who can work with electric vehicles.
Can EV24Help arrange towing for an electric vehicle?
Yes. We coordinate recovery and towing for EVs, which need to be transported with the correct method rather than towed like a conventional car. Towing and mileage are billed in addition to the starting service price.

EV Fleets & Autonomous Vehicles

Field support that keeps commercial EV and autonomous fleets in service.

EV Fleet & Autonomous Vehicle Assistance
Does EV24Help provide emergency services for EV fleets?
Yes. Fleets use one point of contact for emergency charging, 12V assistance, cleaning, sensor cleaning, software and connectivity troubleshooting, tire assistance, recovery, inspections, relocation, and dispatch.
Can EV24Help help autonomous vehicle fleets stay operational?
Yes. We provide the local human response layer for driverless vehicles — the physical work on scene — so your remote operations team is not dispatched for every event.
Can EV24Help provide emergency cleaning, charging and roadside support for robotaxi fleets?
Yes. Interior cleaning, camera and sensor cleaning, emergency charging, roadside help, and vehicle recovery are all available to robotaxi operators, with Autonomous Vehicle Recovery starting at $199.
Can EV24Help provide on-demand EV assistance without a monthly subscription?
Yes. Everything is pay-as-you-go for drivers and fleets alike — no monthly subscription is required. Starting prices are published, and fleets can request information to discuss coverage and ongoing support.
